Dr Boulter has over twenty years of experience as a finance practitioner, in both the public and private sectors and as a teacher of finance in Singapore, Hong Kong Brunei and Australia. Terry’s PhD examined the efficiency of currency markets and developed new methodologies to measure volatility and speed of adjustment. He also has a MPA from Carleton University Ottawa Canada and Graduate Certificate in Higher Education. Terry has won a number of best practice teaching awards within the University sector and in 2008 was a national finalist in the lecturer of the year competition. Terry has experience in project finance and sustainable development having been employed with the United Nations Development Programme Asia Pacific Directorate and with the Global Treasury Policy Unit of the ANZ Bank. Terry has recently completed a research project with CPA Australia that examined Executive Stock Options and has provided consultancy services to the Business Research Institute in Indonesia and the National Provident Fund of Fiji.
