Peter Goldsmith

Dr Goldsmith is an experienced organisational change and development practitioner. He has been engaged in organisational analysis and consulting for over fifteen years.  Peter has conducted numerous change programs in diverse industries such as manufacturing, retail, construction, education and health. He has conducted projects throughout Australia, Auckland New Zealand, Tokyo and London. 

Peter’s education background is also diverse. His PhD research created a sustainable trust model based on his examination of ‘Project Team Trust in Leadership and Leader Values - Behaviour Congruence’. Peter has a Master of Business in Training and Development and a Bachelor of Social Work. Peter has lectured in Training Management and Evaluation, HRM, Business Ethics, Organisational Behaviour and Industrial Relations and the Law.  

Peter has held the position of research manager for a major aviation company in Australia and been engaged at the RMIT University as a Research Fellow investigating Knowledge Management and Information and Communication Technology and innovation.
